Usambara Mountains -
The cloud forests of the Usambaras mountains in Tanzania are among the worlds most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet. Not only does this “island in the sky” harbor a multitude of endemic species, found nowhere else in the world, but the forests act as a critical water tower for thousands of people in otherwise dry Northern Tanzania.
