Fairtree.org is a tax-exempt charitable organization (EIN - 85-4292792) under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible for US persons and entities as allowed by law. International projects represent local partners of Fairtree.org that are separate entities.
All contributions made to Fairtree are used solely for activities related to tree planting and environmental restoration within the IRS Section 501c3 definition of charitable activities. Fairtree maintains full discretion over the use of all funds that we receive in order to ensure they are used solely for these charitable purposes.
